Only $10 for all 2024 SX, MX, and SMX series (regularly $30).
Hopefully the change next year sparks him.
The Shop
Since all these guys train the same way for the most part, the talent is rising to the top, and talent doesn’t care what flag you were born under.
MXGP/Luongo is on the nose for a lot of non Europeans yet a lot of good internationals go to the US.
MXGP has no pop and panache and a lesser status compared to AMA- as well as no SX.
The organisation is suss and stories abound about kids and families getting dudded.
Tracks are a lot easier in Europe as well which flatters some riders.
The above would be as at least as likely an explanation for the dearth of American and southern hemisphere riders.
SX is the big picture dream for a lot of riders.
Pit Row
Strawman argument based on a stupid premise.
Where is the proof that those individuals decided America would be easier? You cannot mind read. America has not had a MX1 champion because no one with the necessary ability wants to ride there. The series does not have a good rep.
European MX sucks as far as pay and perceived status is concerned and the proof is the empty gates and lack of spectators. All those watchers at the Turkey round would have been on first name basis.
Pala just run was way over subscribed for entries in both classes.
There were probably riders from more countries than the MXGP round:
Australia, Japan, France, Germany UK, Switzerland Sth Africa, Zambia Korea, Costa Rica Italy, the Netherlands and Mexico were all represented.
