It was great that he won. But that seemed like the dumbest contest I've ever seen. I'm guessing we won't see it again. I wonder if somebody even screwed up how they administered it. Some guy just gets randomly picked to win a million bucks if anybody wins the MEC Million? So the event was either going to pay out a $2M bonus ($1M for rider, $1M for contestant) or $0 bonus.

It would have made more sense that he would have had to pick a particular rider to win the MEC Million.

Not that I'm complaining or care. If they want to give away a million bucks like that, go for it.

That prediction never had any merit in the first place considering they didn’t hand him $1M while he was in Vegas.
