Lap times seem to be a good 30 seconds slower this morning (running 2:35's). Track must be a mess?

Track is very muddy. Okay RacerX clarified, he's definitely on the '07. Facebook just doesn't know what it's talking about. Jerry has a 7 second lead.

He won by 15 seconds, lead was up to 22 seconds at one point. I think Jerry made a splash.

That's awesome he is out front, no matter what he is on. I do hope the rumor is true that the 85 will be back for the "B" moto though as posted by Racer X on twitter...

Super cool - what a trip for Jerry and many more, but kind of have to agree with 500 guy. He certainly will be more competitve on that 07 in 250B and it could be a stretch to get that back up 85 motor through 3 moto's.
I am glad he's qualified for both classes, he had his chance to show many watching his potential and so far he's delivered.

I hope he stays on the 07 unless they are able to replace that rod bearing.

Winning on a borrowed seven year old bike that he didn't get to dial in at Loretta's. Almost as exciting as doing it on a 28 year old bike. Two thumbs up!

Next question, how many brand new ultra trick bikes did he destroy on his way to the finish?Evil

The question about the 85 motor lasting 3 races is exactly why he should race the 07 in 2 stroke and the 85 in 250B. Which class does he have a better shot at winning? That's the class I'd run the more reliable bike in. Maybe I'm wrong, but he's already proved he is tops in the 2 stroke class... at this point, run the 85 in 250B and see what happens. If it blows again, he isn't out of both classes because he is on different bikes. Smart actually.

By the looks of that podium picture, it's obvious that '07 is far from clapped out....kit suspension, PC Clamps, 280mm rotor, exotic exhaust, etc......

Awesome job Jerry!!

I was wondering lastnight if it was going to be a mudder today, I was paying close attention to the vet B/C laps yesterday and they were in 3-4 min range when usally the are in 2.5 area. They were the last moto yesterday so it must of started coming down pretty good yesterday evening.

Good job Jerry way to ride a undialed bike!

Yeah, but it's a seven year old bike. Just imagine how stretched out the frame is....Whistling

I learned that here on Vital so it has to be true.

Absolutely it is! Glad to see that, the "new" bike is worthy of Jerry's obvious speed :-)

Yup! I bet it's at least 3 or 4 degrees more raked out than when it was new. Practically a chopper. And look how sagged out the back end is in that 2nd pic of the thread. Bike is definitely clapped out, big time. I hope they can get that 85 up and running soon and get away from this turd.
