Badass for sure but on the flipside this kinda shows that the 250 field is shallow. If the class where stacked it should not be possible to enter the track 5 seconds after gatedrop and finish 5 th.

it's the deepest field ever because of the sheer talent these kids have, but like it was from the beginning of the sport, something is just "different" about the elite riders. i doubt they even know what it is.

I think that Musquin, Martin, Webb, and AC are the only transcendent talents in this field.

Yet Justin Hill had the fastest lap of moto 1 Glen Helen. Bogle, Hill are pretty bad ass too.

Go look at the 250 class lineup from 2009, 2010, and 2012

They were tearing that thing down and putting it back together from the time the guys starting taking the parade lap 'til the gate drop for the 1st Moto.

No panicked reaction...Jeremy helped when he could, took turns kicking it, did some jumping jacks...and eventually headed out on the track while the field was heading up the hill.

It was bad enough when the bike had problems in moto 1 but the crash on 2nd turn of moto 2 was worse in the amount of time lost and just seeing him go down with a good start, and just knowing what happened in moto 1. I was so bummed, because its gonna be hard to gain points when Musquin is totally at the top of his game right now.
The positive was how Alex, who's training with Jeremy is really paying off. His speed has really improved. Was very cool to see that even if Musquin is battling with one of the Martin's the other one is right there.

J-Mart had some bad luck today ... Pretty bummed but still, he was riding so fast and so solid that it made up for any doubt. It's like Grant said - At the end of the day his positions on paper will look like he just had a bit of an off day Wink
Ready for Thunder Valley already to see him show MM25 that Yamaha.

are you serious ?? this year is way way less deep than it has been in years . start naming riders from even 2 yrs ago it was unreal deep . this year is very weak imo compared to them.
