Jeffrey Herlings to U.S. for 2017

A buddy told me that a rule change is forcing him to MX1. So he is looking for a 250 ride in the U.S. I look online but couldn't find anything.

Sounds like some of you are jealous of a talent you'll never have. Wink Ha ha.

Herlings is a fantastic rider and racer. He'll move up after this season, stay in Europe until he has a couple of 450 titles and then come to the US around 2019. He'll be 25 then, with a bag full of World titles and in his prime. He'll win in the US as well. He has to be seen in the flesh to be believed, visibly quicker on almost every section. A huge natural talent.

Considering he lapped US riders at the MXDN, that would be a fairly safe assumption.

He's stupid if he comes here. Not that he won't win, but he won't make as much money. Obviously not true.

He's a badass on a bike no doubt! But really.... At 25 with no real supercross experience you think he will just jump in and start winning? The dude is clearly an animal but its two completely different series. I'd love to see him over here racing

Indoors? No, I'd guess top 5 his first season would be a good result. He's not a complete noob for SX but it's a very tough field so I wouldn't expect a title or even top 3.

Outdoors? Yes, I'd say he'd have a very good chance of the title his first year after 2 years on a 450 in the World Championship.

Either 450 over there or 250 over here ,it will be his next championship.

He should drop down to the amateurs and go after the Loretta Lynn's championship record first though.

'till 2027

People love to bag on him but he's the real deal. MXGP will be boring from now on.
