Never underestimate the old dog Graham Jarvis. On the final and meaningful day’s racing at the 2020 Sea to Sky Hard Enduro in Turkey, the Rockstar Energy Husqvarna rider turned the tables to take the day win after a typically "Jarvis style" performance on the tough Mountain course. Graham’s time of 2:28:15 leapfrogged the veteran into overall first place on accumulative time across the four days.

Wade Young also put in a great ride behind Jarvis on day four to pip his Sherco teammate Mario Roman to the top of the mountain to take second overall.

Nice threadjack!

Yes it's cool Jordan Jarvis made a race, but don't derail Graham's accomplishments.

I missed the races today but looked at qualifying times. How did she get in? Her times weren't really close and how was she not in the first moto but was in the second? Not knocking her at all I'm just confused.

She got in as an alternate.

Not the first time someone gets to race the 2nd moto without racing the 1st moto. If someone doesnt show up, an alternate can fill the gate.

The Silent Assassin strikes again. I heard from Damo Butler (Graham's mechanic) on Friday and he was gutted with Graham's mechanical on Friday on the forest race but and was amazed Grimbo nursed it to the finish line.

Then he stages an epic comeback and wins the main mountain race. Graham is a force of nature.

I know not many here know much about this race and that's a bummer. It's in it's 11th year and one of the coolest hard enduro s held in beautiful Turkey.

I recommend everyone Youtube highlights of
Grimbo's many Sea to Sky wins. Seeing Graham climbing to the heavens into the clouds up the side of Mount Olympus is a sight to behold and not for the faint of heart.

Simply breathtaking.

Congrats Grimbo and Damo! Also, good showings from Billy, Mario and Wade.

Pretty sure the WESS season was called off due to Covid? Some of the individual events still run. Someone can correct me?

Graham was pretty stressed before the race. I don’t know how Damo swapped that clutch out, it was nice that they loaned a new doner bike to get it done. It’s one of Graham’s favorite races, happy he got the win.

Manni really would have been the only major threat for that race that didn’t show up I think. He’s still recovering from his hand injury.
