Awesome! Go get em James. I don't care what bike he's riding, when he's racing then it makes it that much better.

"Speculation Alert": Did Villopoto's injury have anything to do with this decision? Or was he tired of all the people on the VitalMX forums giving him crap? Huh

Why is this such a big surprise, he has said all year that he plans on racing the outdoor series. There has only been speculation that he would not be there.

Step away from the crack pipe. Really, do it for your own sake.

hey i dont give a flying f**k, it's cool that he is in the sport and the outdoors and I hope he shows with his A-game ! I also hope everybody gives him hell - if they can catch him, not saying he will dominate but @ least he will make it exciting.

My opinion is Villopoto's, Canard's, and Reed's injuries played into it. Especially Villopoto's. All signs pointed to no before that, including that interview with Albrecht. There's only one guy he'll have to deal with now.

I will say though that in this situation, James couldn't win. If he races, it's because a lot of the top guys are out. If he doesn't race, it's because he doesn't care about his fans or the sport. It's a lose lose situation for him. Now had everyone, including himself, on the team said from the start and all through the SX season we're riding the outdoors, it wouldn't be a lose lose for him.

I'm a fan, losing interest though..............I'll believe it when he is on the line for the first moto............based on everything that has happened to this point........all the tweets, the speculation, the "injuries" the last few years..........hope so as it will make the season even that much more interesting...........24-0, possible I guess but highly doubtful...

Sounds Like James is an opportunist...Smile will be good to see him out there and I wonder if he'll go rep our country if given the opportunity. I hope RD can get back to where he was last year and challenge..plus I hope Barcia either doesnt go for Lites Championship or blows it early on and bumps up again...he seems to have fixed the fitness aspect and could be even more dangerous-

I think it is great for the sport. This is my last chance on him. In the tweet was a pic of him in a weight room with a bicycle riding suit on. Hopefully he is serious. His reputation is tainted real bad, this may help him in the end. Some hate on him some worship him, one thing is for sure he has brought a lot of attention to our sport!! My .02

The first thing that needs to happen before 24-0 is not starting in the back 1/4 of the pack. Sure hope he's there, I want to see him at High Point.

James cant win with you guys.

If he doesnt race yall say he is a pussy.

Now that he is you say its cause RV is out.

He already said at the beginning of the year he was racing the nationals.

RV should have the * for the SX season then. All his competitiom got hurt. So it wasnt legit right???

Injuries happen. Sucks for all of those that are injured. But the races must go on and thats how it goes.

Saying he is only racing because RV is out is bullshit.

Who gives a rats ass what his motives are? Some of you muppets need to quit trying to read into ever thread started. If he shows atleast it will be fun to watch. Dungey and Stewart battleing will be better than Dungey by himself dont ya think?

James should be made to ride with one footpeg and no seat. that way the competition can have a slim chance to at least a moto win.

I bet he shows up on a Red Bull Zundapp.

Any takers wanna bet that DeCoster throws in the towel? He keeps the KTM truck parked and saves KTM a truckload of money this season?

What does Albreht has to do with it? He won`t be on Yamaha.

You will never get an answer to this question apart from how people have already made their minds up about the guy.

Also remember that last year he was doing the first four rounds. We all saw how that turned out. You shouldn't believe anything until his name is on the pre entry list and he's lined up at Hangtown.
