James Stewart Fox replica series question

Hello. I've been trying to do a bunch of searching but come up with nothing. Even getting ahold of Pete Fox is impossible. I've noticed a few jerseys of James with a replica series tag on it. I've read once that he wore his on series line which would make these "replicas" a real race worn jersey. Some have victory logos, some don't.

So my questions is if anyone from that time frame (02-03) has any idea on if he did wear his own replica labeled clothes and if there would be any proof of this? Hoping to shed some light on this if possible.
