If it was in fact him driving and he tried to flee the scene, he is looking at some serious charges. So for his sake I hope there is more to the story, otherwise this may turn really ugly. Law enforcement does not take kindly to those sorts of things, no matter who you are.

I know that starting just before the full moon, we've had an incredible run on stupidity. People just doing the stupidest stuff you can imagine. If this is true, JS has taken stupidity to a whole new level.
