Good PR, and good reasoning. No point making up other excuses.

I love it, No Bullshit, just here's what we are doing and why.

People may not like it but it isn't against the rules so to bad.

I'm still blown away that he's been able to return to this form after what he went through. Impressive stuff.

If he hadn't missed almost 2 years I would say that is chickenshit but given the situation it's totally understandable. The one thing I question is why not put him on a 450, they had 3 months to prepare if they knew this was coming.

Pretty sad when a premier team (Honda Satellite) has to announce that there is no where to go in the 450’s....

The transparency is most likely Jeremy's honesty and morals. He is not one to make up a story as other riders have done in the past.

Maybe this will help get rid of the dumb rule.

I'm not sure it works exactly as intended, but I think having a split field isn't bad for the 250s. There are a lot more chances for riders to make mains and develop with a split field. If it was all the top guys all the time, it'd be filled with factory guys, and very little opportunity for guys to make mains and show what they're capable of.

Then this leads me to believe there should be a whole added class of split 450s for the coast's (for more rides/ and to lessen the burden on the top teams of the sport). And keep the regular main 450 class that runs all the rounds.

This is the flaw in the East West SX series. There are two many riders coming out of the 250 class that will have no ware to go.

I also though, put him on a 450.

But then I thought - but what if he finishes ahead of Roczen, further damaging title hopes?

I was honestly shocked that he finished ahead of Sexton last race. Kept waiting for a little mistake that would let Sexton by. Didn't happen though.

Pretty simple math when most of the factory 250 teams have 4-5 riders and the 450 teams have 2. A lot of guys don't want to move up without a factory ride that sin't there. If you went to one big series for 250's most teams would drop to 2-3 riders as they wouldn;t want factory guys missing mains.

In trying to be "fair to everyone" they have forgotten the first rule of racing. The best are successful and the rest go home. Or you need to mandate 3 riders per team in 450's.

Glad they were honest, but at this point AMart isn't getting a factory 450 ride from anyone. Not at 27 years old
