That would be cool if that’s true. I’m surprised Redbull KTM doesn’t support 250’s under their tents here in the U.S. I know TLD is the factory team but with how well KTM 250’s do in the GPs it surprises me we don’t have a 250 team like that. I know TLD is factory KTM, but why don’t they win championships, let alone races as of recently. Is it money? Lack of development? Or is it that factory connection and pro circuit just have a bit more history of bike development/support/money? Although to contradict myself again lol, star racing kills and has a great bike. So what’s the deal?

It's called talented riders and other teams have a lot of it.

Given TLD current situation including 2 SCI only 3 and a half years apart, I can see ol' Troy doing that.

After all, it takes 2 negative to make a positive plus KTM/RD prolly wants to run their own 250 team.

That's a pretty hot take. Could make sense since both teams are low on mojo right now.

I'm all for JGR having some good success and staying around. TLD is and always will be super cool.

JGR buying TLD....or the other way around? Wasn’t even for sure if JGR was gonna be racing this year. Everyone knows they’re a huge racing corporation, but you think they have that much solely dedicated to the Mx scene?

That’s exactly what they use to do until they gave factory support to TLD making them the official factory KTM 250 effort. That is why TLD left Honda.
