I heard from a reliable source that they were shutting doors about now.
Then they were going to re-open them at about 9AM (EDT) tomorrow.

So, the Toyota folks aren't gonna be a part of the Title Package in '14?

If I had to guess?

Stay Blue or go Suzuki.

It's entirely possible that Coy & J-Bone could be taking the Moto Program in a different direction; but, it will require quite a bit of "change"...

Yes this is the dumest statement in awhile... Toyota funds the team and will not back Honda

Kawi and Chevy mixed well because they don't market competing products in the U.S.
Just like Suzuki and Dodge Ram mix well.

Maybe he means the new KTM-owned Husqvarna, or that they are going to use the black and white plastic Yamahas with the red accents, or maybe he means Kawasaki but he has a really bad case of red-green colorblindness.

Or maybe he is indeed just a dummy who is making a terrible attempt to stir the pot.

That is a great point. I just threw my blue JGR shirt in the fireplace. Thanks for letting us all in on the secret.

Have you seen the TwoTwo tablecloth by any chance?

Bunch O Pusses at Honda wouldn't even run the Toyota logo across the top of the number plate as required to get points in the Toyota AMA Outdoor Motocross series. I can see this venture working out well.

Of course they will be running 1993 steel frames with Ohlins suspension and 2008 engines with carbs. Best of everything.

But Newman- the 2008 engine is not a two stroke, remember? Tongue

One has to wonder if Suzuki's decision to stop selling autos in America might justify the Toyota/Suzuki pairing for JGR. Hard to truly know what the corporate honchos might entertain or simply outright dismiss now that they aren't technically competitors in this market.

It has to be fact, for three reasons.

#1 - it is from a "verry well known source".

#2 - it is on the internet

#3 - the Op is from California, and everybody knows that everybody in cali knows everything about moto, even if the team is located 2000 miles away.

JGR is running the Toyota logo as a gesture of good will, and Toyota is not a "real" title sponsor. At least not in the "here is 2 million dollars" sense.

I could be wrong though, and probably am.

When can they fire up one of those 2014 Yammie's?

I saw Brayton in person in TO on red and he looked incredible. Now it is just kind of sad.

This Suzuki talk is laugable. Suzuki does not even have any money to help the Rockstar team who has outperformed all the Yellow factory supported riders all year long. Zook has their one guy and RCH, they are not getting involved with JGR.
