Thats horrible! If true thank you to everyone apart of that team for investing their time, money, body and so much more towards a sport we all love.

Shit ! Hate to see that....Come on suzuki you need to open back the factory team !

|

11/10/2020 12:50 PM

Hope this isn't true sad

|

11/10/2020 12:51 PM

Ouch if that's true I wonder if anyone will step up and support Troll... Spots seem to be pretty much filled up.

|

Apparently Suzuki only offered JGR 300k for the year. Not enough to run a race team

|

11/10/2020 12:52 PM

Nooooo!

Wonder if that 300k will then get rolled into the HEP or Bar-X budget...

Would be great if another OEM stepped in, but I'm guessing it's way too late with money already set aside for next year....

What is Yamaha paying Star to run the Factory 250 and 450 team? Any guesses?

I bet this is why they only offered 300k. HEP gets the same results as JGR and now they have BarX with some excellent 250 rookies. Its a sad day for sure.

2020. It's really fucked.

Thought they secured a big title sponsor for ‘21?

Man that sucks to hear, being a suzuki fan boy since my 1980 RM80 but even I now own and ride KTMs. End of an era, what a run suzuki had though. Someone needs to do a Suzuki tribute post

This puts a mart way behind the 8 ball. Hopefully he’s been riding and training, wonder if anyone will make room for him.

Seriously. I can't even imagine the stress they've been under the last few years, let alone all the years they've had riders that were supposed to be contenders that up and left..

JGR has had a long rough run in this sport.

THANK YOU to the Gibbs for giving our sport a serious effort and sticking it out as long as they have, when any other team ( and many have come and gone since JGR started) would have folded after a couple seasons.

I'm not a Nascar fan, but I'll always be a Joe Gibbs and family fan..
