Last year it was pouring days before the race, and started up again on Sat. morning and rained until about noon on race day.

BTW: It started again during the race and it was still a good race. SD just get's greasy and slick.

If it rains too much they should just leave the plastic on.

Looks like they did a good job covering up the track. Where the hell do you get sheets of plastic that big anyways? I bet it will be a somewhat dry track if its only supposed to rain 1/4 inch tomorrow. Maybe a little sloppy.

That plastic would be torn to shred after the first lap.

You going to be there? Should we expect some tweet pics? Looking for some support for us little less unfortunates.

Nope. Stuck with other plans, but will record the live Speed coverage. Still not raining at the moment.

I want nothing to do with Twitter and the Tweeksuckers. Cool I heard Izzi bit J-Law's ear off...

I am sort of hoping for a mudder. Is there no Daytona this year?

Happens every year because its not on the event list and most dont realize it is not a Feld produced event.

Yeah.. It has not stopped pouring in SD.. I come south and fricken Oregon follows me.. I love watching a good mudder I just hope it's not so bad that they cut the program short.. Lots of $$$$ into this trip.. I want 35 laps !! Already a given the day qualifiers will be short though.

You know, if you want to be a good pro you need to complete 30 laps (if your in the 450 class).

8 for the heat race.
1 for the parade lap.
20 for the main event.
1 for the victory lap.

Wink
