It was a Deer!

Good thing it didn't kill em'.

A friend of mine hit one about 1 mile from Bonis house out in the sticks. Totaled her car and put her in the ditch at 45. Slid up the windshield, but did not go through.

True story. My buddy hit a deer on the road in Michigan and it wasn't but minutes after the accident not one but two guys stopped to ask if they could have it.

Doesnt surprise me one bit. I will admit, i have hit deer in the past only to take them home, gut them out and a week later they were in the frying pan. Michigan white tail is pretty good eatin.

We clipped a dear on the way to Unadilla back in my younger days. It was way out on some hardly traveled back road out in the boonies. It only dented the headlight ring on the party van, and my buddies and I were to involved with the beer ball to stop and check on Bambi.

A friend hit a mule deer out west in his braad new car back in the early 80's. $3200 to fix the car. He gets out the deer is lying there in road and all of a sudden it jumps up and hauls into the woods like nothing happened. Cops come and are like "What deer have you been drinking or doing drugs?" Lucky there was some deer hair/fur in the grill.

I've smoked a few deer with varying degrees of damage over the years. Hit one with the pickup truck once at 65 mph and it bounced the thing off so hard, just like in that video. Only damage to the ol Chev was a busted signal light cover.

He should have swerved..huh......

Hard to believe it would knock the motor out like that.

Mule Deer are like rats around here. Nothing worse then coming off the freeway tabletop at Mammoth to have one of them bolt across the track in front of you. Since then the Forest service has closed the track so the migration isnt bothered. No one argued with that.

I saw a group of deer almost bolt in front of the pack during a stage of the Mammoth road bike races.

I hit a deer in my 93 ranger with my KTM in the back, I saw it coming and was locking the binders up and ended up hitting it at about 10 MPH! Fucker just stood there like.... DRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR......

It was the MXdN. Legend has it the locals gutted it, cut it, and grilled it by the end of the day.
