Is the Spark Plug the issue

2014 KTM 250XC with stock motor and ignition We recently swapped out the head with a 250SX head. Used a BR7ES spark plug. Does this look like too hot of a plug? Arching? Do we need to go to a cooler plug? Thanks for the feedback...
