Hello guys! I ride only enduro but the problems with i struggle are linked with mx. I stand up and squeeze the bike with the legs but it stills pulls me back and i grip the bar very tight and get so much ARM PUMP. so i took picture of my self. Help you can.

A bit too far back. Straighten your legs and move your weight forward. You should be able to let go of the bar and still be in balance basically. Look at Everts for an example

This!

I was about to say straighten your legs and bend more at the waist to get your head further forward/weight leaning forward more. Also, raise your elbows more, they are a little low.

You took picture of yourself, from that far away. Most impressive.
Observe the style of Igor "Two Hip" Federovski. Ride like him. Win championships. Stamp it.

It's hard to tell with the go pro, but are you over 6'2"? Bend a little at the knees, butt up and back, unlocked hips, bring your head down and forward, elbows will come and back will be less upright then in your photo. I'm 6'4" and it took a long time to figure out body position

Stop holding on so tight. You will learn in a hurry how to squeeze with your legs and avoid arm pump.

I don't know who's more ridiculous, this clown with nothing to do but try and troll on here 8 times a day......or the vital members that get suckered into answering over and over again. Its like watching Mo and Curly smack each other in the face with sticks.

Your tip was correct. I was more mocking this OP.

This guy has a history of asking for tips and input on various things. Then when you give him an answer that is correct and logical, he tells you why you're wrong. Plus he has like 4 or 5 usernames. And he's apparently been laughed out of thumpertalk for the same shit he's here doing. He has also caused brother backmon to create a special edition of vital bingo.

At the expense of getting roasted, can someone explain what unlocking your hips means exactly?

Body position looks ok, backpack position is way off though, too high on the back. Loosen the straps until you get your backpack sag around 105-110 mm, it will give you a lower center of gravity and more traction. Sometimes if it's hard pack and slick I throw a few big rocks in the bottom of the pack, under the beer, for that extra traction. If you're struggling with front end traction you can always switch to wearing the backpack pregnancy style as well.

Mitkoo, in the stolen picture above, are you wearing the Bulgarian cold war era track suit you told us about the last time you posted this same question? Did you try the Velcro trick I told you about last time? How about roping your ankles together, bro?

And what about that bike? I thought you were on a Husky now? Remember, you sold your KTM and got a Husky? Or is that only when you're playing Trollmir?

"Help you can."

Yes, much ty.
