Is Tony Cairoli a Red Bull athlete?

Edited Date/Time 9/9/2021 7:00pm
I was watching the racing from Turkey yesterday & I noticed that Tony doesn’t wear an official Red Bull colour way helmet like Herlings, Prado, Jonass etc. He does have Red Bull on the chin of helmet but it’s made me wonder if he isn’t an athlete for Red Bull.

I've wondered about something in the past..
Who is the bigger Red Bull athlete? The one who has more freedom to have less Red Bull and more colours on their helmet,Toni for example, or the one that is stuck using the usual Red Bull pattern, Prado and Herlings

I think I know the answer but I can't imagine Toni is a lesser athlete to Red Bull than everyone else

Construction workers keep Redbull/ energy drinks in business. It makes me sick watching these guys chug energy drinks all day long. It’s 100 plus degrees, they already had 2 Red Bull’s, and yet keep wondering why they are sweating so much, idiots…

But I’m sure the Red Bull F1 team is the highest paid. Those F1 guys get paid!!

I think Pastrana was another who had that type freedom with helmets too.

My guess is that Cairoli prefers to have some kind of self-branding with the colorful helmet and all that. It's definitely cooler than an entire helmet painted with redbull logos. Less visibility for redbull means less money but on the other than opens up space for other brands or self-branding

I don't look twice at anyone's "standard" Redbull helmet, so maybe it's in Redbull's best interest to let the custom painters go wild anyway...

I like Super Tony's style.

He has his own helmet with Airoh and is their biggest sponsored rider so that may play into it as well.

They don’t drink the actual energy drinks. They have water in those cans.
