Any news on Stilez? He hasn’t posted many updates but heard he tried to ride this week but didn’t look good... ACL is a tough injury. 👎

Wouldn’t be surprised to see him come in halfway through nationals or so

If he tore his acl he’d be smart to fix it now and come back for whatever SX series starts later next year. His career is too young to risk more damage riding with it torn.

Isn’t it 6-8 month recovery time?

That’s what I was thinking. It would be crazy for him to line up later this month IMO.

Are those the videos where everyone is half asleep and forgot to comb their hair, brush their teeth, make their bed,, but remember to throw on a hooded sweatshirt?

What exactly does the reason for healing quicker for the "high end moto riders?"

You can’t short cut the bodies healing. It’s true that after 3-4 months the acl is usually fully intact but it is not at full strength. Takes ~1 year for the ligament to get to full strength.

So you can return to activities early but it is much easier to re injure it before it is fully strengthened.

I don’t believe it’s a torn ACL.. I don’t think it’s an ACL at all, and I from what I’ve heard, nothing is torn.

He's riding.

I watched this video today and knew nothing of Stylez’s injury at the time, but I couldn’t help but notice how bad his riding style is. Stiff upper torso, elbows down, and sitting down a lot. Not pretty to watch. Is this the way he’s always ridden or just out of sorts after downtime?

I honestly couldn't tell you, but did notice it as well.
