I can't see how he is going to get a factory ride with a good salary for 2018 with these results and no outdoor racing.
The Shop
So unless they have figured something out for outdoors, no.
Pit Row
Didn't work out that great the last time
a lot of the guys in 450s, have been a champion on some level or at least have won. at detroit the top 12 were within 1 second in qual. not much separates these guys and if you get a bad start or are off your game just a bit, like coming off the couch with little prep
he's about where he should be 10th-15th
What Malcolm proved last year is that when he does have a fully committed ride going into a season, he can be a force. If he got a 450 ride similar to that of his GEICO days, with full support of a team and manufacturer, I believe he could easily be a podium threat. Not sure what his fitness routine is, but he would also hugely benefit from having a full-time trainer. Malcolm has some major untapped potential.
He's having a real tough time.
Really disappointing.
And I'm sure it doesn't make James feel any better about coming back.
And for those who were saying he should be at RCH over Tickle and Bogle I never agreed with.
