Glad to hear that JGR is looking to keep him on the team for the season.

So does that mean when DM18 comes back, JB51 has to go?

That's cool to hear that they'll be keeping him on. Even if he does this year for free , he should not pass on this chance. Hell , that's what Bogle did and it earned him that ride. Hopefully Malcolm can do the same.

By the way Weege and Matthes talked is that the Suzuki brass wants more Suzuki's out on the track and it seems that JGR will fill 3 bikes the remainder of the season.

Malcolm will be with JGR the rest of the season.
I hope so. Hes a good dude. We sat next to him at the Seattle supercross one year when he was racing East Coast he was super nice, talk to our kids quite a bit I was a fan of him after that day

For sure he's polite (MS27) - 2 yrs ago when he was racing 250SX we were in the industry seating section during practice and my phone slid from my jacket and onto the ground (which I didn't notice). When MStewart walked by to get to his dad who was a couple of rows above us , Stewart picked up my phone and handed to me (asking "hey man, I'm sorry to disturb you but you must have dropped your phone") , alot of people would have ignored the phone on the ground instead of taking the time to pick it up right away and return it.... (especially guys in the middle of SX practice sessions with extreme pressure on their minds).

Mookie gets bashed way too often on this forum. He's a damn good rider and draws a lot of attention. If he wants a SX only factory ride he should get it. I don't blame him for not wanting to race outdoors. He gets to take a nice long break and go fishing during the summer which seems to be his true love anyway right? If he can find a permanent home on a team and get comfortable I guarantee he's a top five threat.
This sounds a bit entitled for a dude who has 1 regional SX championship to his name...

I don't really get the hate on Mookie as well. I really love his personality and his laughing attitude and the amount of talent he has. Hopefully he can stay at JGR this year and open up some eyes

I like him as well. Also seems to have a great attitude. I hope he can do really well and at JGR and stay there.
They look like they have the new Suzuki 450 dialed in pretty well. WP looks pretty good on his.
