Everyone expected big things out of him, but he hasn't accomplished much at all since moving up and it seems like his career is going downhill fast.

Winning multiple races in the 450 class seems like accomplishing quite a lot in my opinion.

He's still young and getting used to a new team. Next year will determine a lot for him.

A 250 championship. He did nothing after moving up. Barcia hasn't won a race in 2 years. Everyone was talking him up to be a major title contender, and he's never been within 90 points.

If he could just figure out how to ride in the desert without running out of gas I really think it would help his training program. Every week it is the same thing.

Two 250 championships, 2 450 SX wins and 9 450 SX podiums... What a disappointment... I wish I was such a disappointment.

Comparing him to J-Law who bit a buddies ears off, has pissed away his career/money, and has gone to jail is pretty ridiculous.

I wasn't comparing him to JLaw. I asked if he was the biggest disappointment since JLaw. Is there anyone else that has moved up since JLaw that people had bigger expectations of that has not come close to living up to them?

Barcia is still young, fast and has a lot of years to get it together and start winning. The other guy pissed away his career while he was in his prime. Not even close when it comes to disappointing

I honestly dont see anyone "trying" as hard as Barcia is out there, but he keeps having his Bam Bam moments and unfortunately they are not in reference to his banging for position. I am not sure how he got out of that crash today without a torn ACL or MCL....go check the footage and see his foot was caught almost backwards when it hit the tire and his knee was facing the opposite direction.

X2. How many guys actually win a Supercross race. Not many. Doug Dubach only won #1. Look at his career. Vet Champion. Just takes longer to connect with the bike???EvilEvilEvilEvil

It's kind of sad how many of you are incapable of having a non-emotional discussion about a rider. It's like you get personally offended because a rider who is better than you could be considered a disappointment.
