It could be read by someone that works at espn etc and then viral happens. The mention of disposal could fire off a few phone calls to the wrong people and before you know it we don’t have a sport.

Jalopnik is media for a niche market. It is just a niche market that is much much bigger than dirt bikes!
Saying that, interesting that it got picked up by them.
It makes our sport look pretty amateur, most people I know are shocked when I tell them that some people make a good living racing dirt bikes.
If I read this without knowing the sport I would laugh at the redneck amateurs having no idea how to run a race meeting.

Doesn’t help the sport gain credibility.

Jalopnik used to be cool but these days you can see their politics showing through much like Deadspin. It is widely read.
