Interesting. I just read the project description and it says that Josh quit school at age 14. That's really young.

Definitely want to see this get done. Kyle is good with film and I don't mind helping him along in this project.

Thank you guys. Every little bit helps whether it's donating or simply spreading the word. We've spent a solid year trying to pull support from within the industry, and it simply wasn't happening. So, instead of letting industry companies dictate what we have in mind, we chose the crowd-funding route.

Xeno - There is so much more to that then what is in the description. When Josh told me what he was going though at 14-years-old, it simply blew my mind. There is much more to his story that nobody has any idea of, and I can't thank Josh and Ashley enough for wanting to open up 100% about their journey and the struggles of being a professional motocross athlete.

Again, thanks for sharing this S. Loyer. I truly appreciate it. Hoping we can bring this project to life and create a film unlike anything done before in motocross.

I can't wait to watch it. If I wasn't so broke, I'd donate something. I've always been a supporter of Josh Grant because he's from the best state in the Union.

Thought I'd post the Kickstarter video here as well. The support that we've had on this project in half a day since this Kickstarter project launched has been unreal. Thanks to everyone who has supported us and the film.

Thanks. So excited about all the support and feedback, and pleasantly surprised we've got so much backing in only 24-hours. Thank you guys!

This looks awesome. I'm a huge JG33 fan and I've always wanted to know his full background. Seeing some of Kyle's work in the past, I know the Grant's picked the right guy to tell their story. I'll gladly donate and I can't wait to see the final result. Best of luck to Kyle and his crew and of course the Grant family!

Hey Kyle,

What would it cost me in donation dollars to get a signed front number plate from Josh off of one of his bikes? I would be willing to cover the shipping cost on top of the donation.

Let me know if you can arrange it.

Hey bud,

We can make that arrangement, no problem. Whatever level you're looking at supporting ($20 and above), go ahead and donate, and then send me a message on Kickstarter with a note about a number plate, and I'll make sure we get that dialed in for you! No problem whatsoever.

Haha. That is still the gnarliest single clip I have ever captured. The best part? I already know how to top this shot for the film. Smile

cool idea and all but why cant josh fork the money out? hes making 6 figures at least.
just curious has he blown threw all this money, keeping it for the family, savings acct.
etc,

i wont be donating just for the simple fact that i work a 8-5 job to work my ass off while
he gets to ride dirt bikes, and train and hang with his family..... that's his day. oh, and
receive $40,000 (guess) per month doing so... (that's a specific number HE has told me.)

ill watch the video though as cowling is one of the best in the biz as far as i'm concerned
but josh has pissed me off a couple times growing up and acted like a straight punk
even when we were so-called "friends." no i'm not bitter anymore but I know how he is.

take this post as you want to, not trying to be negative just asking the simple question of:
Why cant he pay for the video to be made?

I will share it on the social media sites i am signed up with, though.

While I some what agree with you, some times it's better just not to say anything and act like you didn't see it.

Kyle is a great dude and a great Moto Film maker. Can't wait to see what he does with the Josh Grant story. I'm also sure it won't be long till he's known as Feature Film maker as well.

Looks like a great project.

Quick question: How is Josh Grant's little boy doing after the dog attack? Hope it's positive news!

He most likely got way behind on his bills when he was injured (more than once), went to his savings and found that his Mom spent it all. Maybe she should foot the bill!

Wyatt is all healed up and good. He's still so young, so it's like nothing ever happened for him!

@Snipermx50cal - Without going into too much detail, you're basically on point.

You should more of look at this project as helping a young dedicated film guy such as Kyle make his dreams come true. It's hard to come by feature film in this industry, specially beyond the point of tunes and riding. Being able to tell a story like this will be a huge deal for Kyle's career and really show case his skills so that one day, he can move on to bigger and better things.
