Anyone know the significance of the figure with what looks like horns on it's head, on the trophies being given out?

Is it part of Sardegna / Sardinian lore?

It's such a breath of fresh air to see MX, on a Sand track, during the SX season. That's not a put down of SX, for those who tend towards 'butt hurtedness' - it's just so good to see Natural Terrain being carved up.

Mixed final up - bloody hell that 250 of Prado is not lacking against the 450s, out of the gate, through the first turn!

Bit of a 'moment' for Prado 1st lap.

Feet swept off landing into nasty sand ruts from a jump - and almost exiting stage right....

Maybe the deep sand ruts are getting a bit frozen, so, gone hard?

Pretty good crowd, considering all of that Scary White Stuff!

3 riders in fight over 2nd place and they choose to film Prado the last 4 laps who is 10sec ahead? Stupid

Did Prado speak spanish or italian? Just heard the last second.

The interviewer is impressive with his language skills, speaks french,spanish,english,german and italian with the riders.

I think it was Italian.

The interviewer is Lorenzo Resta, he used to run the Martin Honda team.
