Hey guys, does anyone know how much and what the process is to ship a bike overseas? Any info is helpful.
So if you have done it or know some one who has please comment, seems like these online quotes never actually give you a quote. Thanks guys

I ship tons of parts to Indonesia for a customer of mine.

I use a 48"x48"x40" card board box on a pallet. And strap it to the pallet. You could take the bike apart and put it into something like that.

I just shipped one a few weeks ago. It weighed 488 lbs. I use UPS Air Freight Consolidated services and it cost me $547. I load them into the back of my truck and take them to the UPS air freight distribution center.
