What are your inspiring rides. I'll start with a few:
1. Dungey 2013 Anaheim 3. Deflated shock in heat, crash in LCQ. Won main.
2. Stewart 2011 nasty crash at Daytona. Gets back on and finishes 9th.
3. Dungey 2011 Southwick. Bike doesn't start. Leaves gate about 1 minute late finishes 6th in the rain.
4. Reed 2011. Spring Creek. Gets launched some 20 feet in the air and finishes race.
There are many more. Add a few.

1987 LA SX, RJ catches Cooper on lap 18 after going down in the first turn!
Great race!

And of course... Ricky Carmichael Pontiac Supercross 2002.
The Shop
Stewart 125 moto last to first at Budds could be in there.
Herlings last moto run from the back at the last MXdN as well
And of course O'Mara's bon voyage to Honda at the 86 MXdN
K-Dub, Vegas, 2011: I thought the race was over when Stewart started busting out the quad and triple triple. Next lap KDub starts nailing the same line.
Carmichael, Seattle SX, 2006: It was a mud race and Ricky was way far back at the beginning. Not sure if he crashed or what, but he came back to podium near the end which kept his supercross championship hopes alive.
Stewart, Budds Creek, 2003; Last to first.
Alessi, Washougal, 2012; Him holding off Dungey was pretty spectacular. Dungey may have been quicker, but Alessi did some of the best defense I've ever seen on a dirt scoot that day.
Kevin Windham, win at the last moto at glen helen 2003?
WFO...
ON a 125...
AT REDBUUUUUUUUUUUD!!
While the crowd goes WILD...
On July 4th in 2012 on an outdated, get over it, they're never coming back, nobody wants to see these any more, dinosaur of a clapped out 125, laying it flat over the infield table top as the crowd goes wild (while not even cheering for the 5th place guy, on a FACTORY bike that costs more than my house, who was being paid bookoo to be there) but oddly still not getting any mainstream press for pulling off a seemingly impossible feat against all odds?
ROI anyone?
This thread rocks!
Dungey. 2011 Southwick.
Fonseca. 1999 Saint Louis.
Canard. 2013 Anaheim 1.
That's a few that pop into mind.
Pit Row
Budds Creek.
2003.
Dead Last to First.

Herlings at the Des Nations in Lommel
Langston at Southwick in 2001
Cairoi batting with Dungey in the qualifier at the Des Nations in 2011 just a week after his mum died.
Dave Thorpe's famous last to second place ride at Farleigh Castle in 84.
Dungeys ride at Southwick was pretty damn amazing and I got a chance to show my appreciation at the MXdN at Saint Jean d'Angeley. He and Decoster were walking some sections of the track during an MX2 Practice session and they happened to stop right where I was standing. After considering saying something for a while I decided I couldn't let the moment pass.
RC's Millville race was absolutely ridiculous
Hannah's ride in 87 at the des nations
Herlings at this years des nations was pretty impressive too
Magoo.
1987 LA SX....
