Looks like a broken collarbone for Sexton.
Heard from a very reliable source, surprised nobody mentioned anything yet.

Not to mention maybe forces Lawrence to the west with less prep time for the rookie

That corner speed will win him races.
I agree, his exit speed is very impressive.

Seems like he would’ve mentioned being injured.

His corner speed is bonkers.

I've seen two instagram stories from today that showed him riding a mountain bike with Savage (and Seely if I remember correct) so unless it happened this afternoon then I think he's ok?

You mean the brace that has nothing sitting on your collar bone?

From his insta :
East coast baby!!! Pumped to be racing in the rutted and soft conditions with I think will suit me! Yes, I had a little accident on my mountain bike while training but it’s not going to hiccup my training/ preparation for east coast at all so don’t worry!! I’ll be ready to win come time to race

Sexton posted today on Instagram that he is out for West with a broken collarbone due to a mountainbike crash.
PulpMx mentioned that Geico signed McAdoo for the West series.

Hope Sexton is fine, sounds like it from the Instagram post. He could win races and the championship on either coast IMO, way more potential than any amateur we've seen come up in the past few years.

About McAdoo and Lawrence and the west coast series.. will Lawrence stay east now that McAdoo is apparently contracted to race west for Geico?

I'm on the fence about Lawrence and which coast would be better for him. East would give him more time to prepare, the easy choice obviously, but west has historically smoother tracks, which may lend themselves to learning supercross more than the gnarly east coast tracks. Thinking this because the tracks he's practicing on now are probably closer to west coast-style, but this is all speculation from some guy who's probably wrong Wink

I would put Lawrence on West. West = a bit easier tracks and he would get more time to prepare for outdoors where he shines.

He is an amazing talent, i'm sure that he will be ready to race at A1 already. Even though he would probably like more time to get used to SX.

Bummer for Chase, I think he's better suited for the West because he is awesome in the whoops and the past few years there have been very few tracks on the east where the 250 guys have still been blitzing in the mains.

But good opportunity for McAdoo. He really needs to calm it down 2% and get through the entire series to prove his talent and value.
