I've been pretty weak when it comes to setup my entire life and recently bought a new bike and decided with brand new suspension it was time to learn how to properly set it up. I've been reading a lot from Bones of pro circuit and got a lot of good information for setup and was wondering if anybody had anything I can read to learn more about the internal workings of suspension and basic setup. Thanks.

Racetech Suspension Bible has some good info.
Technical touch has a pamphlet that has some nice diagrams.
Restackor website will explain a lot of theory.

Keefer's podcast on suspension is also really good. I've listened to it a few times. Make sure to take notes as you're listening.

Race Tech Suspension Bible. Very informative; nearly went cross eyed with all the graphs my first time reading it. Suspension truly is a science
