Just was thinking it would be awesome to build a indoor pitbike track here in orange county.

Do it like most rc car tracks. And the warehouse doesn't even need to be that big but needs lots of parking.

I assume the hardest part would be ventilation for co2 build up. Biggest costs is just renting a warehouse and insurance.

Who's in?! hahaha

25 riders per half day(50) x $20 = $260000 a year....

There was one about two hours from my house in Ohio, all the guy did was keep the two doors open on each end and had a huge fan blowing air into the building, after a while you would start to get light headed if there was a lot of people riding...

There used to be one in the North Salt Lake area. It was a blast! We rode it on minis and 250's. Blue grooved as shit, but there was a sound system and you could ride all winter. Too bad it's closed now. It was just a couple of guys who threw it together. Everyone paid on the honor system. Shocker, some kids with horrible parents started stealing the money. It then shut down.

Friend of mine tried for a couple years to open up an indoor mx track in orange county, he came closest in garbage grove, but it will never happen around here (not in orange county anyway) You might be able to pull it off with the electric bikes available now, but I seriously doubt it. Ca sucks balls. Know how to make a million dollars with a motocross track in OC ? Start with 3 million...

I was going to write about dromo1. When starwest's kids track was being overrun with us adults on 50 they told us to go to dromo1 on friday nights. The track was sketch riding so lose to the walls and through that doorway into the side section.

There are lot of different things needed than an rc car track. Also, rc track down here are not asking any one. Most are just trying to break even while the owners work their real jobs

I was going to bring this up too. I remember they had a website up and everything. What was the exact reason it didn't go through? Aren't those hangars still empty?
