Damnnn. I want to see the team video of Mosiman going into that net. Sheared the poles right off. Thinking he might have hit the stadium wall if the nets weren't there.

How is it possible that FELD haven't bought more nets? And spare nets if something like this happens?
What a joke.

This means that the turn will be way slower than in earlier sessions. Good luck to the riders trying to improve their laptime.

No need to have a spare, it's not like they are used to catch violent crashes, which tends to cause things to break...

Well, qualifying kind of seems not as relevant anymore if they're making this many track changes. That flurry of 250 crashes - plus the short lap times, have to thing to track crew knows how many laps the mains are going to be - has had a big impact.

Looks like the problem was what the net mounted too in that pic. Having a spare net won't help that. Did what they had to do
