Nope. I think passing under yellow is a penalty in Amateur Racing and District 6, but not AMA Pro.

They would probably tell you that there's so much action to catch in a race, that occasionally, some things slip through the cracks. And the reason for keeping tabs on Anderson are because he's the points leader very far back in the field.
