Nothing wrong with a hefty fine. If a rider/team can make $1,000,000 from this sport and is cheating, they should pay $1,000,000 back to the sport if caught. I vote the money go towards the Outdoor National Air Conditioned Bathroom Facility Fund. This way the rider/teams would give 2 shits about it.
