No matter what, I like what I see out of Paulin on a different bike on a different team for a first race on it. He`s been on a Kawi for so long.
I'm pretty sure Paulin will be treat, for sure.
I would even say Searle could do well on that 350, I never saw him being really confident on the 450, I think he's more a 250 guy.

Nice 3rd place there for Searle, considering the track. Some riders are as good (if not better) on sand than they are on hardpack. He isn't one of them.

And a great moto from Cairoli. He's always been able to produce results when it matters, and he just demonstrated his clear superiority over the field.

They're not saying anything interesting, the only interesting thing is they say RV is there, but no one's sure about that

Hardpack, should be a mud race.
What does it say about RV racing on the website exactly, I can't interpret anything?

I agree with you on that. Good job all GPs this season are not rough sand tracks. I doubt RV is worried, if he can score...

If I remember correctly Qatar is sand.

Dominant performance from Tony in the second moto, really looks comfortable. I don't think the track was as rough as he would've liked in the first moto and it took him a while to get going, but he was exceptional in the second moto.

Another good ride from Paulin, looks great on the Honda. Awesome to see him looking so comfortable after such a short amount of time.

Excellent ride from Tommy Searle too, 3rd in that company in the sand is a great result

It's loamy, but it's not real sand, it gets hard packed and square edged rather than whooped out

It says: " Cairoli vs Villopoto, big show at Gioilella (the name of the track)".
"Motocross - At the Internationals, the champ will challenge the US SX winner".

Nothing interesting in the article, but looks like they're sure RV will be there.

Track is hardpack, with uphills ad downhills, weather should be rainy if not even snowy!

Would remind me of a well prepped mile stone - loamy dirt in the morning and more hard pack as the day goes on.

Hurry up feb 28th!

Yeah just checked out some pictures of the circuit, it looks superb!

Could be interesting if KRT show up, they gave the impression that they probably wouldn't bother racing any pre season stuff. I'll be at Hawkstone International so will miss the action in Italy unfortunately.

Cairoli was awesome in that second moto but really impressed with Jonass, two brilliant rides for his debut ride on factory KTM. Paulin very good on the Honda too. Nagl had good speed at the start but I wonder if arm pump got the better of him.

Good to see Searle good on the sand as well.

Van Horbeek ran right up in around 3rd but I assume he had a smallish crash, dunno about Gaijser

Just my opinion but I think RV was wise to miss today Wink

Did anyone see the video on that facebookpage? Van Horenbeeks bike sounds like a 250 or 350 compared to any other yamaha out there.
