Wow, a Green Streak - were those things rotary valve engines? I remember a guy on one at a short track race, it was really fast.
Oops, never mind, just saw the shot of the throttle cable going into the engine case...

My older brother used to race G31 M's . He had 5 of them for the '70-'71 season. One of the only 100cc bikes to make over 18 horsepower at the time. They came with a tag on the handlebars from the factory with dyno figures for each particular bike. His best one showed 18.7 HP on the tag. He made district 35 number 23 expert blue plate for '71 for up to 125cc machines. The 100's were called Centurions. The 250's (238) were the Greenstreaks.

He still has an original '71 model, down to the tires and grips.

Forget the bike (although its pretty cool) it's just cool hearing the name sprockets park. I used to love their mx track. We'd race Indian Dunes Friday nights. Then get in the RV and head down the grapevine to sprockets for the weekend races. We'd fish and catch tad poles in between motos in that little stream at the end of the pits.

Good times--Good times.

I got to looking at those pics a little closer, that 320 really would be a sweet bike to put in the stable. I'll bet that is a pricey little rig.

Someone on HMX.com said ten grand - pretty steep. Beautiful bike, though.
