I think this could work.

Would a Honda CR80RB or CR85RB triple clamp and forks work with a 2018 Honda CRF125FB? The original forks on my bike are horrible, and my dad gave me the idea or the Cr forks. Would this work?

Gonna need a wheel/axle and brake caliper too. Possibly/probably a different stem and bearings too. Dunno I’m just spitballing but definitely gonna require some thinking on your part to make work, it won’t just bolt up

For the effort it would take, you're better off selling the 125f and buying an 85. If you feel you need better suspension on the 125f you're probably ready for an 85 or even 125

im gonna be completely honest, i love my 125f. im getting better lap times in the NETRA series than some of the super minis and the 85s (im the only one riding a 125 4 stroke). The engine is super smooth, and the bike handles like a dream. Its just the suspension that i really hate about it.

Perhaps a 150R? Mx chassis and a faster 4t motor. I’m sure the 125 would be much improved with better forks or maybe even some work on the stock ones (race tech emulators or similar maybe). The ceiling on that bike is low though and you’ll probably be chasing something else once you fix the forks.

They have a blast racing them on the other side of the pond
https://youtu.be/XUWro0TlGjU Racing doesn't start until 10 minutes into the video if you want to skip right to that.

Race tech emulators are quite honestly probably your best bet
