come up from the ams....not that I didn't know who JMB and RJ anJW were....actually Wardy was my original favorite but damn.....I am 4 generations or more in now as a fan.....I always saw Wardy and RC in the pages of Dirt Bike mag.....then RC and Bubba in the early riding vids...RV was the first gen of internet vids.....I remember him and Albertyn rippin it up at Perris I believe while Alby was on a 250 and Rv a super mini. .....now to think it was gonna be forever to see AC race pro and here he is going into his second year.....Wardy is a good 25 years or more retired....RC is 8 years retired....RV will retire after next year supposedly.....damn time flys but I feel like I as a spectator have witnesses the BEST RACING anyone could possibly see......damn....just babbling here....witnessed in person many a RC/JS battles like Dilla, the Wick, Mt Morris Budds.....a shipload of des nations.....and also some lows like potential greats of Roncada, Fonseca, Justin Weeks, Robbie Reynard etc just disappear into the dust........ahhhhh
Seems like it accelerates.
The more that gets piled on, the quicker it goes.
I think I was 16, maybe 17, rode a streetbike to Unidilla, 1,100 miles in 2 days.
Snuck into the riders meeting and sat right between Jammin' Jimmy Weinert and Thorsten Hallman.
Was so awestruck I couldn't say a word.
Seems like it was just last year.
The Shop
And when that McGrath kid started winning. I knew that was a fluke, lol!
And all that old school makes me really appreciate what I see with AC actually coming in with some authority. He's not coming to play, he's coming to win.
Post a reply to: I know I am old since seeing RC, RV and now AC.....
