Completely took him out last corner. Both went down and Hayes got up first. That’s a straight line right into him

That no different than marv and eli, it was actually last corner for a win in a title fight, I'd do worse and not regret it

maybe Weege's podcast. he comes across as pretty annoying tbh.

wonder what the "decisions out of my control i dont want to get into" were that kept him out of an SX ride straight from amateurs

It’s on tv today. Hayes pulled some shit the second race also and there bikes got tied together. I swear this Hayes guy. I just want to jump through the tv and punch him. Hate this guy.

Don’t forget what he did to Blose in the bracket race as well. Three races, three issues.

I just got done watching the race. I didn’t find anything too wrong with the move itself. But what set the move up was him cutting around the whoops and making a straight line to take out blose. Hayes’ attitude is a little bitchy and he’s not the best interviewer. Kinda comes off as an uneducated but pretentious asshole. He was/is in desperation mode to win.

I’m curious which of these guys move to SX next season given AX is SOL.

Rough riding is part of AX, but Hayes comes across as extra douchey.

He Goes over it pretty thorough in
Weege's podcast
That isn't as unusual in arena Cross
And he admits it was a bone headed move
And infact he would have 1 the title even if he finished second
And he though he had to win

Hopefully Hayes gets a SX ride so he can bring the entertainment to whichever 250 coast he rides....

Would be interested to know this as well, but not enough to go digging for it.

Geeee that pass really reminded me of some recent controversy like over the line ...where do you draw the line? According to Ralph Drop-dat-gate!

Sorry for such a lackluster post LOL all I can think about is going riding this Monday

Posted this before, but I had a run in with his mom at an arenacross and judging by her attitude and behavior he is a d bag raised by a d bag. Entitled family attitude.

From what I know about Hayes' background you might understand him a little more if you knew it. He's overcome some adversity, and while I can't condone all his on-track behavior, I do know that it has been a long road for him to get here, and that is part of the reason for his fierceness. That said, he does seem to take it a bit too far on the track. But now he's a champion and that's all the record books will say.

I love hayes

Sport needs more of him. Ax is full of take outs and excitement, it teaches you to be smarter as to leaving doors open and how to control the race

I hope he gets a ride on a top tier team and does some solid rides in sx.

Its a shame our sport just lost about 30 soild jobs

If SX is a circus, AX is a carnival. And we all know how carnies act. Just saying.

KTM would be a good fit for Hayes. They condone a win-at-all-costs attitude. Cheat or whatever, as long as we win: Alessi standing on Tedescos bike, Musquin blocking for Dungey, Musquin ramming Tomac, Tickle (and the whole team?) caught doping...

Difference between Marvin and Hayes is Hayes purposefully takes them out and he does it over and over and over. Marvin was a fluke with tomac. Tomac actually cut down but Hayes rode right into blose. It was completely different and he did it three times that night.
