I can't wait to see one in person. So rare as of now they wont even let Reed get his hands on them.

As late as these bikes are showing up.... You could wait another 4-5 months and get a regular 2019 model and not have to pay the premium on a RE or Factory Edition and it might even have a few small updates on top of these special models

I have never seen a stocking Husqvarna dealership. Quick search on the official Husqvarna website shows zero dealers stocking bikes/parts within 200 miles. What am I missing? The KTM dealers don't support the brand either.

I Google it on images, set the time limit, to a week, then interesting photos appear....

The one we had, Napalm Motorsports on 620 went belly up. 1st the Victory's went away, then they lost their mechanics and that finished them off. At the start of the '17? model they had about 25 bikes on the showroom and lots of gear. Sold most of them. Munn Racing bought the unsold stock. I never understood why TJ's didn't take them after having the Husaberg's? Maybe KTM and Husky want to stay separate? Wherever people are getting them, there are a lot of them in Central TX.

Some dude at Perris MX last Thursday was on one, seemed to be an employee of Husqvarna. He was ripping that bike.I would love to try one.

Scott we need to get together (at the track?) soon, I'm working up a new series and I'd like to bounce a few ideas off of you.

Picked mine up last Saturday and have (2) rides in so far. For me the engine is very smooth (less vibration than my 2017 450 Factory Edition) and has exceptional throttle to rear wheel connectivity. Revs a little quicker and power is slightly more responsive compared to standard 2018 KTM/Husky 450's (and Map 2 is more fun). The engine has broad power and it comes alive in the mid range and keeps on pulling up top. The muffler is quiet. I think the chassis changes are more noticeable as the front end has more precision especially on corner entry and in ruts. Very easy to lay into corners and put anywhere on the track - inside lines or outside lines. The forks and rear shock both felt firmer than my 2017 450 Factory Edition. Brakes are Brembo and strong. The seat cover is aggressive but there is more seat foam so it has more comfort compared to previous 450FE. After my second ride I prefer last year's Pro Taper bar bend (new bend is lower). The slimmer radiator shrouds make getting forward easier and slimmer rear bodywork feels very good when getting back on the bike. Overall the engine changes are subtle - little more free feeling compared to my 2017 450FE but still not that snappy quick response of an 18 CRF450R but long and strong pull as rpm's rise. Encourages you to turn the throttle earlier in corners and harder at corner exits. The chassis is more noticeable - feels more precise to steering inputs and tracks straighter in the rough. The plastic subframe gives a little more comfort and noise reduction. Easy to use engine power and handling that is easy to place the bike anywhere on the track made me feel confident and push harder each lap. A few pics.....
