Looks sick! Cant decide if i should get a 16 250 ktm or husky smile
Are the engine and frame changes the same as the ktm's?

Looks nice, but whatever happened with all the talk about differentiating the brands? Still looks like a white KTM to me.

Not bashing, they look great but I was hoping to see something more unique from them by now.

Yeah thought the same thing here too... Tho really, it'd be pretty hard to put R&D dollars into a different bike when it seems that there is nothing but rave reviews about the new Kato... You're basically pissing money up the wall...

It's got the new frame although it looks a little different on that brace that runs back to the shock mount.

Frame is definitely different to the KTM FE at the ankle intersection... The KTM has the extrusion going out and it looks like the Husky is sheer?

Anyone here own a new husky? How's the white holding up, plastics and frame? Looks great... Is it a bitch to keep it looking good?

Look at the angle of the main frame rail. Is steeper to allow the tank and front of seat to be mounted lower and flatter. You can see that in the KTM 2015 FE to 2014 3D frame overlays.

The one thing i dont get with the new designs from ktm and Husqvarna is that just general riding will trash the exhaust canister, i have a tendency to pull my right foot back in the air and the number plate always ragged.

Frame, tank, plastics & exhaust... Nice to see some things changing.

I personally hate the yellow valve cover... Reminds me of something a kid would do to his rice burner to try & make it look fast.

That bike looks insane! I like the one piece side plate plastic. The frame might be different near the foot pegs, or the husky might have frame guards?

I'm not totally sure but I would say that the angle of the two pictures makes it look different. But stare at for it a minute or two and they look identical. And like you said, the frame guard plays a big part here too.

Looks like the Husky is using the same platform indeed! This isn't an in depth comparison but they look ver very much alike. Photo

Wondering about access to the airbox, looks like that whole shroud/number plate needs to come off now.

Kinda Retro on the square edge plastics. Reminds me of their mid 1980's models. The new front fender is a huge improvement in itself. I would buy but a little hesitant of the WP fork.

I'll beat your ass nine times out of ten...Every time!

I like how this new Husky has the throttle cable go in front of the bars instead of behind like all the old models... Even the new KTM FE goes behind the bars.

This, very much this.

Can't wait for the "black" (and "dark blue" I guess) trend to fade away and die. I miss bright, colorful bikes. More than that I miss bikes with clean lines & colors. The bike in the top post does nothing for me.. I'd avoid it like the plague on looks alone.

Saw this FMF ad and never wanted a two-stroke but... I'm liking these husky 4 and two strokes more than the KTM.
