I'm never too sure if it's valor or stupidity that drives these people but either way it's curiously entertaining.
I used to be indecisive, but now I'm not so sure.

Later to be listed on Craig's List as "never raced" and "gently used". Or the ever popular "low hours".
Edited Date/Time:
Saw a couple riders actually make this climb this past year or maybe last year. Definitely a bike totaling climb...
vomiting equals disqualification.
Damn hard on the equipment!
Now don't swig it boy! just a open your craw sows I can pour it right through.
I know its probably a lot steeper than it looks in the video, but some of those people look like they couldn't even ride a bike on flat ground let alone that hill.
Make that two of us.

Hillclimbing keeps handlebar companies in business. Funny vid, lol.
There's something happening here, what it is ain't exactly clear.

I'd be much happier seeing them go there vs city streets

I love those hill climbs but no matter how big a piece of junk some of the bikes are I cringe when they come crashing down. Maybe it’s because I would do anything to have a bike when I was a kid.
i made it to 7 mins but those videos aren't anything but cringe worthy unless it's proven that it's possible to make it. I saw one guy throw his bike over the top but his body didn't make it :-)
I get it...it is steeper than it looks. But really? Most of these competitiors were totally out of shape after hitting the first rock ledge -- it can't be that difficult???
The kicker rock at about 1/3 of the way up worked everyone pretty hard...once the bike starts to dance....it's over.
That hill is way steeper than it looks from our angle....those bikes came back down angry all the way to the start in some cases.
Yikes...that's not for me at all.
Thank you for posting this, I would've never seeked it out or watched something like this otherewise. But that was really entertaining! The real skilled riders showed they could handle some bumps even on a regular swingarm.
The dude at 12:02 made me laugh though.

I'm thinking the same.. Most of those bikes came down faster than they went up haha.. Not to mention that (I'm assuming) slippery rock shit that's halfway up
Not saying they were factory pilots by any means though haha
why am I reading this? ..... Oh christ, now I'm posting...... shiiiiiiiit!!
