Phil will be anywhere from 6-10 week in and week out. Better question is who does better between him and Hill ?

The real question is, does he do well enough to keep the ride into supercross and the following outdoor season? It would be great to see him secure a ride with a team where he isn't wondering about the near future and where he will be.

He mentioned that the suspension felt stiff on his first ride on the Husky. Hopefully they can get it setup to his liking.

I say phill does better then hill in the 450 easy. I don’t think just has the stamina to do the full Moto at speed and do better then phill. I could be wrong and wouldn’t mind it if I was lol. Good luck to both the boys on the new rides tho, I’m just ready for racing to come back. This week off killed me

The JGR Suzuki was a capable machine. I think he'll need a few races and then fall back to where he was before the switch. I can see him hovering around 5-10 again with occasional top 5s. Hopefully he can get some sort of 450 ride for supercross because he doesn't seem at home in the 250s.

Q7. Holeshots both motos, goes 5-4 for 4th overall. Regardless, happy for Filthy and this opportunity. He won’t half-ass it, that’s for sure.

Hope for inside top10, can’t see Hill getting near him, hope he can do well and show JGR why they should have kept him.

I predict 9-10 for 11th overall.

If anyone is likely to come up with two top 10 rides and still finish 11th it is Phil.

I say he does a bit better than that. 6-8 for 8th. With a holeshot in the first moto.

Keep him away from Glen Helen at all costs

Hopefully Phil stays healthy and finishes both motos. The universe doesn’t seem to want a factory FC450 out there for some reason (state side anyways). He’s got a top ten overall in him I think

Keeping any rider away from Glen Helen is an excellent idea. That track, and the prison it’s next to, have a shitload in common. Both are dirty, overpriced, have minimal hospitality, and are way too overcrowded for the staff they keep on hand for anyone’s safety. Birds of a feather, I guess....
If anyone gets that.
