Living in New England I only have the chance to go to nationals because there is no SX here.

I usually go to Unadilla every year but i missed last year because my dad didnt wanna go (it was so stupid.). Ive been to the southwick track, just not for the national.

What about you guys?

Saw the boys bring home the glory at the first des nations in the States at the dilla, several national tracks, 6 different SX locations, several amatuer nationals, inter am, trans am, and enough local races to start my own farm with the dirt that attached itself to me.

Let's see...I started going to Supercross races in '74 or so...I've got 56 track maps for SX races on my desk (and that's an incomplete set).

Every National for the last four years...partial seasons before that...

I've been to Nationals at Saddleback, Escape Country, and all the current tracks...

U.S. Opens, GPs at Glen Helen, Carlsbad, and Holland...

Three MXoN races...and some one-offs (McGrath Invitational, X Games, etc.)

So...a few? Smile

OK, I start with the GPs. Visited two of them, one was Gaildorf, Germany (the year James Stewart was racing the "80cc World Championship) und another GP I was attending was in Reutlingen.

Then I've been to three MXoN, started at Budds Creek 2007, was at Donington Park in 2008 and the last one in Italy 2009.

Supercrosses: I watched a bunch of German SX-Races, and three AMA-Supercrosses. Thats been San Diego 2005, Anaheim I in 2007 and Las Vegas in 2008.

A little (funny) note: I have seen Ricky Carmichael race on three occasions but I never saw him win any of these races. As dominating as he was, he never managed to win when I was watching. San Diego SX in 2005 Reed chased him down the whole main and passed him near the end of the race, Anaheim I 2007 James Stewart was the winner and in Budds Creek 2007 ... well everyone knows who the man was at that weekend!

SX: Anaheim 2, Vegas and the London SX

MX: Glen Helen twice, Lierop twice, every British GP for the last 10 years or so.

MXdN: Foxhills, Matterly Basin, Donington Park and Franciacorta.

Best race I've ever seen....Foxhills MXdN. That race gave me the motocross bug. I was 9 years old.

Roughly 15 GP's since 1984 (British and French)
3 MXdN's (Foxhills, Matterly, Donington)
Easily 20 British National championship rounds or more.
2 Supercross events (if you can call it Supercross in England).
4-5 Pre Season International meetings.
10 or more Weston Beach Races.
1 Gravity Games (Perth, WA) plus a few more fmx events that quite frankly, bore me to tears.
Numerous Sidecar, Quad and local club meetings.

I am a lucky guy, no doubt. Smile

Paricularly memorable races? The first MX race I went to was in Washougal in probably '74 or so...and the next time I made it back there was probably 30 years later, and it was just as cool as I remembered from back then. (I was afraid it wouldn't match up to the memory.)

First Supercross at the L.A. Coliseum. Walking through the tunnel to see the track surrounding a green field...awesome. Mudholes, and running up and down through the Peristyle...so cool.

I think it was '79 in Escape Country, with a tall muddy grass track, and guys like Hannah, Karsmakers, etc.

RC's last Supercross in Orlando.

The MXoN at Budds Creek. Those are a few.
