4-5. Tomac, Anderson, Musquin, and Roczen. The 5th could be Webb, Seely, Brayton, Barcia, or Reed.

For sure tomac will, Anderson, Marv, roczen. I think out of the rest of the field barcia should be first in line for a win. But who knows. It’s supercross and every name I just mentioned might be injured by round 5 Laughing

I'll say 4... Musquin, Tomac, Anderson and Roczen. I don't think Barcia can hold off any of those 4 in a main.

I also think that 6 sounds reasonable - Tomac, Musquin, Anderson, and Roczen being most likely, with Osbourne and Barcia good possibilities. Nobody else has mentioned Osbourne yet. Am I completely out to lunch on that one?

No one mentioned AP or Savatgy as a possibility either

Both quite possible. Add Brayton to the mix and that's about 10 riders with a reasonably realistic chance of winning on a given night. Sounds like a pretty competitive field to me, barring injuries!

As far as rookies..

Osbourne isn't on the cards here... I dont get what all the rave about is. Cooper Webb dominated the 250 class just as much as Osbourne and hes older then the top 5 riders right now. And there is plenty of faster guys then him.

Savatgy has shown he has the speed to beat tomac with a good start. so don't know how he isn't in line for a win.

AP7. Unsure on how he will mould with the 450.. I guess time will tell.

And Justin Hill! we seen this kid stick it to them and run up front with speed that was well quicker then most of the field.

And then you throw in the final wild card who isn't a Rookie.. Blake Bagget!? hes the only rider last season to complete all races this year in Mx and Sx. He is another rider you cant count out with a good start.

- Tomac
- Anderson
- Ken Roczen
- Musqin
- Barcia
- Osbourne
- Savatgy
- Hill
- Brayton
- Seely
- Webb
- Bagget
- Reed

2019 is going to be a crazy year! Im keen to see these 450 Rookies mix it up a bit.
Going to be hard for any privateer to make a main event as well.

I gave up on the "deep field" thing since it always ends up with the top 2 guys going at it and the rest of the field is a step behind. I get it, it sounds great with all these dudes that "should" be able to win, but truth is, a bunch will be a step behind ET, KR, JA and MM.

Tomac is gonna win more than half as he has done that the last couple years. I say maybe 4.

Probably. Maybe it will mean that the top few guys won't be lapping into the top 8.

The triple crown races are the ones where a winner other than Tomac, Roczen, Anderson, or Musquin is most likely. Shorter sprints where the start matters more - anything can happen.

4 winners. 1-3 guys will separate themselves from the rest of the pack. No “stacked” field... same song and dance every year.
12/4/2018 2:10pm
Most stacked field ever , Stewart will line up on a KX125 at A1 and Herlings making his supercross debut so the Herlings-Tomac pissing contest can move on!
Also the comeback of Jlaw and Nico Izzi.

I'd be surprised if it was more than 4.

It was 4 last year
