I'll sum up the video for everybody. He says, "We aint talkin bout the game. We talkin bout practice..." for about two minutes.

If you're not fastest in practice, there are a thousand reasons why its not important...but if you are fastest, you don't need to say anything.

Basically setting up the bike. In my opinion, only after you have the bike setup properly should you push the race speed and go for the fast lap. Reed, Dungey, and Barcia don't care about practice much. Villopoto and Stewart are usually out there trying to top each other for that top spot. Just depends on the racer I guess.

Depends on where you race at. If your racing Supercross you best lay down some fast laps in practice or you will be watching from the grandstands.

Its all about setting the intensity for the evening. Practice slow, race slow...practice fast, race fast.

Its just like golf, sincerely G.S..

Everyone has their own game, and a lot of factors come into play. It's all strategy, and trying to gain a mental advantage. Only one race counts.
