i love how guys talk so much shite about quads yet the 4t mx bikes sound EXACTLY the same. like straight up shit.

Four Fifty four strokes sound awesome on the Rev limiter, much better than any two stroke.

But I guess only a handful of riders can ride a 450 on the limiter compared to a two stroke where everyone can ride one on the limit.

I guess people just don't like it as much due to not being used to hearing it so often Smile

I dont think that there is any better sound at the track than a couple of A graders on 450s going hard.
and ive had a 450 on the limiter as my ring tone for the last year from that moto tunes app

The rev limiter is there so the valves don't float, among other things.

and yeah, they sound like shit.

although, the thunder they create when the gate drops at a national MX is pretty impressive...I like the sound for the first 2-3 seconds.
