He was helping his dad put a new season number on that YZ450F. The old man earned #65 for 2018. Tongue

This is a huge surprise. And very, very smart from Yamaha. I wonder what they've come up with, KTM/Husky have come a long way with the 65. But more competition is always better for everyone.

There's a push within Japan to get younger kids interested and into motorcycles and racing wonder if this is part of why they did it.

That’s an 85 number plate. Maybe it was his big brother’s.

If you look at the scene where it looks toward the refrigerator you'll see a ttr50. That's my daughters. The garage is at a very good friends house and they asked if they could borrow our ttr50 for a photo shoot but never said exactly what it was for, until I saw the video.

That being said, I know what my daughter is getting for Christmas next year!

I will say I liked the sound of the motor at the end. It reminded me of a Honda add on TV around 1990, that showed this average Joe buying a 1990 cr500, hauling it to the track, and pulling off the line with the sound of perfection that only a CR500 can make.

Hey, any chance a video of that Honda add still exists I know I have it on a vhs somewhere in the garage along with an AXO add of Stanton with the teal gear.
Edit. Note to Honda, may want to start taking notes.
