Pick a city, any city.. Heck, do it in Minneapolis.

Instead of hauling in X truckloads of dirt, haul in X truckloads of sand.

Make a few jumps here and there.. Build up some big rollers ergo Spring Creek. Build up a balls out launch like the one in Lommel.

Yeah yeah "But Feld needs the dirt for the monster trucks". meh..

Also, safety doggo has visited all who read this, and will protect you for the next 24 hours.

I watch supercross to see supercross, wait for outdoors if you want to see sand with rollers and a few jumps.

I think it should be built like a regular supercross but just use the sand.

Very little sand in the US Nationals.

More sand tracks, anywhere, is good.

As was stated above they had one in Florida back when Bradshaw was on a 125,epic race.
But as the OP said, Feld needs dirt for the Monster trucks.

Can we add a gator pit. Or a lime pit. Maybe a jump through rings of fire section too.

I like the foxhole dog.

Could be cool if it was half a track sand, then go into a triple, long rhythm, whoops section, and finish line jump.

I've wanted this forever, to be honest when they announced announced Tampa at some press conference before the season last year I thought they meant it would be a full on sand supercross and I was very excited.

Make a few jumps here and there.. Build up some big rollers ergo Spring Creek. Build up a balls out launch like the one in Lommel.

Yeah yeah "But Feld needs the dirt for the monster trucks". meh..

Back in the mid to late '70s when I first started going to Daytona, they did have sand and a big hole they dug with a lip on the front side that they called the "gator pit". Kenny Zhart was usually the first one to try and clear it on that Ossa. Good times. Smile

The first Supercross that I attended was back in 1980 I believe at the New Orleans Superdome. They had a water pit or something on the track that they jumped over. I just don't get the current obsession with sand.....it's DIRT bikes.

Wow, that was a great race that I had never seen. Thanks for posting the link. I like the design of the track with way less jumps, never thought I'd say that.

Hell no! It would suck in a stadium. Especially for the fans. And sand is boring around an entire track. Go back to the drawing board. This idea sucks.
