They're still in development so who knows.

I think they mentioned it is a "race tire" which makes me think Dunlop 756 RR or something like that. I have never seen it mentioned as budget price and budget performance.
Also, it looks like they'll only have a rear tire available in a medium/intermediate compound in the 110/90-19 size, at least for the time being. I'm sure other sizes and compounds will be coming soon along with front tires. Let's not forget they're still new to the MX market so they're still testing and developing.
The Club MX Redemption Racing Team will be in Minneapolis next weekend so maybe Vital MX can get some more information from them or the Hoosier guys if they're in attendance?
Hoosier tire will be at Redbud this weekend with their new tire. $20 off when purchasing there at the track. Just a heads up to anyone else that is local
I imagine that you are correct that the intention of this tire likely is the same as 756RR.

I'd compare the Hoosier more to a Dunlop MX3S. Jarett Pesci (pictured) tried a few tires before the RedBud National and was very happy with the Hoosier. Lugs seem sturdy yet still a softer compound. Almost like the perfect mix between a Michelin MS3 and the Dunlop MX3S. Seems like with the Michelin cracking knobs off happens a little soon, maybe due to the harder rubber compound. The Dunlop may loose its square edge a little quicker but overall maintains a good knob for a while.

My opinion is that the tire hooks up great ! It’s wearing pretty good (better than expected) and it seems to grip well on the tracks I’ve ridden so far. I’d like to ride some hard packed tracks to get the full effect of the soft rubber knobbies, but haven’t had a chance yet.
Can't remember who said it or what thread it was posted in.
Ours hooked up nicely at Loretta's this year! We have been running them on the west coast all season and have been loving them!
The Hoosier truck was in attendance at The Ranch this year and quite a few racers were running them. I hear they are working on tires for the 50cc machines next, with the 21" front tire in the works also!
