I think* the front will, but the rear hub is different.
Don’t quote me on that.
Washed up moto and enduro weekend warrior.
the rear hub will work with the offset sprocket or spacer, pretty sure anyway. Someone will confirm.
vomiting equals disqualification.
That's correct, front is the same, rear sprocket offset is moved outboard by a few millimeters, which can be corrected by using a offset sprockets (CRFstuff used to make them but they were ridiculously expensive, especially for a wearable item) or a spacer and slightly longer sprocket bolts
The 3.75 mm spacers are sold on ebay by US sellers for around $25. Search for "crf450 sprocket spacer" on there and choose one not coming all the way from China or Hong Kong. The spacers are all the same chinesium CNC work and anodizing. Supermoto guys use them as well to keep the chain from chewing up their tires.

Huh? The sprocket spacer has nothing to do with the position of the tire. It doesn't change the rim or tire at all.
Powerband in every gear !
Hahahaha. You just referenced a post that explains the opposite of what you are trying to prove. The hub is fixed in position and only the sprocket flange on the newer Honda's is thicker by 3.75 mm. The sprocket spacer moves nothing but the sprocket on the older wheels, which the flange is 3.75 mm thinner. They hubs have the same dimensions otherwise. Do you even own a Honda or a wheel for a Honda?
Christ, I can't escape the insanity on here. How do you guys do this?
I read somwhere its 3,2mm offset but you are certain its 3,75?
so what i need is 5 pieces of 3,75mm washers? if i can find them to buy maybe i can just make some, have the tooks to make some.
Which year CRF450RX? A brand new one? Then you're gonna need the spacer indeed.
Note that a 250F normally has a 1.85'' wide rim and a 450F a 2.15'' rim. Might give some problems if you wanna put a wide tire on that 1.85'' rim.
Washers aren't really the way to go. You want as much contact between the hub and sprocket as possible.
How do I know this? I've owned many Hondas and several wheelsets in the past. Honda wheelsets were compatible from 2002 to 2012 (450)/2013(250), when the 2013 450 generation frame came out is when they moved the chainline slightly outboard. It was a topic that was widely discussed at the time as many Honda owners were wondering if they could keep their old wheelsets. CRF stuff came out with that offset sprocket right away. I thought it was a good solution, better than the flanged spacer, but I think they were $150, a little steep for something that wears it quickly.
And vital is a great source for this kind of information
I have and crf 250R 2011 and im gonna buy an CRF 450RX and wanna bring my extra wheels to the new bike, does they fit?
